CI apkg

This is a first phase of packaging for deb/ubuntu/arch/opensuse/fedora. Some of those packages are not compliant with their respective distro guidelines, but let's keep it like that for now.

Some more fixes are added (build on altbuilder again, cmake fixes, ...)

Next phase will be a collection of the packages from package job and we are going to create repositories. This will still be done by external project (cd-release maybe?).
