fixed broken link to fork and gitlab page in readme file
GitLab will be updated to verson 18.0 on Saturday 31. 5. Please read GitLab's breaking changes blog post and check that your projects are not affected. ICT applies 18.0 update before summer, as this year's breaking changes are scarse and with very low impact. In case you are affected and need help, use Helpdesk and we will help you migrate or postpone update.
